Our knowledge discovery is the non-trivial extraction of implicit, unknown, and useful information from databases and documents such as patents or scientific literature. These novel LifeScience specific text mining algorithms use chemistry specific ontologies and semantics in the chemical and biological space of interest, leveraging the rapidly growing, available information on compounds and biological targets. Data mining results (the process of extracting patterns from data) are transformed into useful and understandable information and finally into testable compound proposals. An integrated bio- and chemoinformatics toolbox blends small molecule compound design with wet-lab chemistry synthesis to provide faster and more efficient de novo drug discovery.
Our track record is in drug and natural product like molecule design and delivering small molecule compounds with desired properties to our clients, having worked on over 20 drug discovery projects in the past.
