What we offer

OntoChem Bio offers solutions for the design, testing and optimization of small molecules as antagonists or agonists for receptor molecules (e.g. GPCRs), inhibitors of enzymes etc.. As small, innovative company, we are highly flexible to meet the specific needs of our customers. According to our own projects, our core competences are cell-based proliferation, toxicity and apoptosis assays, GPCR ligand screenings as well as target profiling by using the following techniques:

• Cell culture (> 20 human cancer cell lines)
• Cell proliferation and toxicity assays
• Apoptosis assays
• Functional assays for GPCR signal transduction pathways (reporter genes, cAMP, IP₃)
• Expression analysis (real-time PCR)
